This is to help busy people like me STAY CONNECTED. When you eat, you put food in your mouth, chew, swallow, digest and absorb the nutrients. Same with spiritual food, when you read the Word of God you need to: Ask the Holy Spirit to "show you the treasures in it", read it slowly, absorb it, think about it and ask God to help you live it. I used to read my Bible in a hurry, or just to fulfill all righteousness but when I consciously began to digest the word, my life transformed before my eyes.

9 For in Him the whole fullness of Deity (the Godhead) continues to dwell in bodily form [giving complete expression of the divine nature].

10 And you are in Him, made full and having come to fullness of life [in Christ you too are filled with the Godhead—Father, Son and Holy Spirit—and reach full spiritual stature]. And He is the Head of all rule and authority [of every angelic principality and power].
