Creation

CREATION

O Lord, how manifold are Thy works! Thou art God who hath made heaven and earth and sea. You alone are the LORD and there is no other.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth; even the highest heavens, and their entire starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. The earth is full of Thy riches; the sea is vast and spacious, teeming with creatures beyond number, living things both large and small.

God made the earth by His power; He hath established the world by His wisdom, and hath stretched out the heaven by His understanding.
God gives life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worships Him. For by Him were all things created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones or dominions or principalities or powers: all things were created by Him and for HIM.

And God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light...
And God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth."

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of Life and man became a living soul. So, God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them.

Let us praise the name of the LORD, for He commanded and they were created.
Let all the earth fear the LORD; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.
How many are your works O LORD!, In wisdom you made them all.
